Just Closed Escrow - Most Recent Kihei and Wailea Vacation Condo Sales

All eyes were on Kamaole Sands, waiting for these closings, as potential buyers wondered how the property’s all-encompassing plumbing project and resulting $50-75,000 assessment would impact pricing. The answer: not very much. Kamaole Sands 7-307, a showcase 1-bedroom located in desirable building 7, went for $975,000, full asking price. And in one of the most stunning closings of the year, unit 4-413 closed for $1,490,000, one of the highest priced sales ever of a 2-bedroom unit at Kamaole Sands – despite its perimeter building location. It shows what a beautiful renovation can do – and this one is absolutely gorgeous. No doubt about its potential as a successful vacation rental.

HO’OLEI A-1 – $6,500,000
HO’OLEI L-3 - $6,100,000
The top of the market is as good an indicator as you can get to judge a market, and Ho’olei is on a very short list of the top vacation properties on Maui. A-1 set an all-time sales record at $6.5M. These two units, both beautifully appointed and boasting views, each went for full asking price. Incredibly, both luxury condos went under contract on the day they were listed. 

ROYAL MAUIAN 106 - $1,970,000
With one of the best locations in South Kihei – wedged between Kamaole I and Kamaole II Beaches, with easy access to both – Royal Mauian is a guest favorite among our vacation rental options, and this unit is destined to do very well. Listed at $2,050,000, it is situated at ground level, with incredible ocean views from the grassy area out front and living room.

WAILEA EKAHI 24B - $1,350,000
Wailea Ekahi is a favorite vacation rental property for its location, just above the Shops at Wailea, and low-density feel, and spacious interior footprint. This 1/2 unit featured a beautiful beach-themed remodel and a private garden ambience off its ground-floor lanai. List was $1,425,000.
