Wailea Elua Real Estate Market Overview

On the heels of a pair of 2-bedroom Elua units selling for $4M earlier this year and sustained interest (low days on market, high prices) of everything listed at the property this year, buyers are crying for inventory. Unit 2102, a 1-bedroom listed at $2.9, went on market a few days ago, and it’s the only listing.
I do have a client who is considering going to market with an Elua unicorn: a 3-bedroom unit, beautifully updated, with commanding ocean views and a stout rental history.
