On the heels of Mana Kai units 412 and 303 recent closings at $2.2M, unit 202 – listed at $2,285,000 – just went into escrow after barely a month on market. Unit 202 was nicely renovated and with its second-floor, point location, feels almost like you’re sitting on the beach. It will do extremely well as a rental.
There are two active listings at Mana Kai. Unit 310 (listed March 2) is on market at $2,050,000. We manage 410, just above it, which does phenomenally well for its San Diego-based owners. Unit 607 (listed March 20 at $2,135,000) is mostly original. Let me know if you’re interested in a video showing of either of these listings.
Off topic, for you owners – with a little help, the beach is back! Mother nature has done her part to slowly restore the beach in front of and to the south of Mana Kai, and Maui County has helped the effort with debris and sand management.
