Vacation-Maui.net manages unit 4E at Ekahi (see link - Vacation-Maui.net: Wailea Ekahi 4E in South Maui | Vacation Maui), and we’ll be taking on another beautiful ocean view unit at the property in June. Our philosophy of having only a few units at each property is paying off in this slow-visitor period, with the island down more than 30% in vacation rental reservations. By contrast, unit 4E, a well-maintained 1-bedroom with a garden/ocean view, was booked 28 of 30 available nights, at an average rate of $343.

With 72 total units under management, my company remains laser-focused on premium service and keeping our properties pristine for our owners. By staying small and focused on service we’re able to give each of our units the marketing and maintenance attention required to continually out-perform the market.
