Wailea Elua Rental Performance Update
Vacation-Maui.net manages two luxury units at Wailea Elua, and although overall occupancy on the island was down as much as 30% in April, our units had their fifth consecutive blockbuster month. Their combined occupancy rate was 80% of available nights.
The 3-bedroom Unit 803 continues to build on three years of 5-star ratings, a spectacular view, an owner who deeply cares about ongoing improvements, and our marketing across nine sites, to generate record income. Average nightly rental rate was $1035 (not including fees/taxes). Unit 1201, a 2-bedroom just off the front row that’s new to our program but already piling up the bookings and reviews, averaged $650 per night.
