The 3-bedroom Unit 803 continues to build on three years of 5-star ratings, a spectacular view, an owner who deeply cares about ongoing improvements, and our marketing across nine sites, to generate record income. Average nightly rental rate was $1035 (not including fees/taxes). Unit 1201, a 2-bedroom just off the front row that’s new to our program but already piling up the bookings and reviews, averaged $650 per night.
