As reported in last month’s newsletter, unit 902 shattered all-time sale records with a settling price of $2,362,000, despite having minimal views and not being remodeled. That gives great context for new listing unit 302, one of only three townhouse-styled (1489 sf) units to come on market since 2019, new to market at $2,795,000.
Unit 1602, a 2/2 single-level (1071 sf) also hit the market, listed at $1,649,000.
Unit 1207 ($2,095,000, listed December 21), 909 ($2,200,000, January 8) and 1507 ($2,395,000, March 6) are also currently listed, along with 1-bedroom units 304 ($1,898,000, December 21) and 1304 ($1,999,999, November 25).
