Ocean front condo sales in Wailea include units at Andaz Residences, Wailea Point, Wailea Ekahi, Wailea Elua, Makena Surf. Wailea’s newest development, Lai Loa is in the build process and is sold out. The Wailea real estate market has been particularly resilient to market fluctuation during cyclical downturns.
